SHIPPING

Shipping takes about 5–7 business days within the UK.

Orders placed Monday–Thursday: if your order is placed before 12pm, it will most likely ship out the same day.  If it is placed after 12pm, it will ship out the following day. 

Orders placed Friday–Sunday: If your order is placed before 12pm on Friday, it will most likely ship out the same day.  If your order is placed after 12pm on Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (unless that Monday is a holiday). 

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, email hello@betibeno.com.  Expediting should be possible for an additional charge.

EXCHANGE 

We totally get it - sometimes it is not what you expected.  It’s easy to exchange it!  Just order your new item on the website and then follow the below instructions to send us back your unworn scarf.  

RETURNS

If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your new, unused scarf preferably in it’s original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Just remember that variations in colour and printing are part of the genetic makeup of hand made textiles in small batches. So it is normal to get a slightly different product to the one you saw online, it is just simply the beauty of the craft and not considered a fault.
