Appropriately named to honor the women who are so incredibly inspiring, Laxmi is the goddess of wealth and prosperity. This scarf has been handwoven by a lovely group of women who are part of Women Weave Cooperative in the spiritual town of Maheshwer, India. It has then been hand block printed by our talented artisan family in Gujarat. The cloth is Khadi, which we love because it represents more than just a piece of fabric, it has a long history dating back to the 1920s. You can read more about in our blog here.
Slight color and print variations are part of the genetic makeup of hand block printed textiles. Enjoy your unique scarf that was made in small batches with a lot of love.
